The San Diego County Promotores Coaltion is working with the American Public Health Association (APHA) CHW section to integrate local Promotores and CHWs into the Annual APHA CHW meeting.  The APHA Community Health Worker Section is honored to invite San Diego area Promotores/CHWs to their mixer and awards ceremony! The event is free but space is limited, so please register in advance! Pass the word along!
