With more than twelve years in the nonprofit sector and a passion for public health, Nancy Saavedra’s career has centered around empowering families with knowledge and tools to work towards healthier lives. Nancy serves as the Community Engagement Manager for the San Diego Hunger Coalition, where she leads efforts to increase understanding, access, and influence on food assistance resources in the community. Nancy also serves as Co-Chair for the San Diego County Promotores Coalition, supporting the organization’s strategic planning and programming.
